On Crugo you can create as many groups as you like. We also give you the option to pick and choose what functionality you would like within each group. You can have open groups which your whole team and see or private invite only groups. 


Setting up a groups for your team is simple. Just follow these steps.

1 - Click the plus button next to the “Groups” title in your left sidebar. 


2 - Now you are on the “Groups & People” page where you can see all the groups that you have access to and also create new ones. Click the “+ Create a Group” button in the top right corner to continue. 


3 - Now fill out the group details such as name, description and choose to make the group open or private. 


4 - Then select what functionality you would like the group to have. You can choose to have either one or two features enabled per group. 


5 - Finally choose to “Create Group” or “Invite People” to join the group. If you choose to invite people you will be presented with a list of people in your team which you can invite to the group. Note that users have to be signed up and have an account within your team before being invited into a group. 


Now you have successfully created a new group for your team. Create as many groups as you like with different functionality and people within them.
