- When logged into your Crugo account, you will need to locate the "? Help" button located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Click on the help button to bring up the live chat support feature.
3. Once the chat pops up, click on "New conversation". This will allow you to start a new conversation with one of our team members.
4. Here you can type away any questions you have in which we will respond within a few minutes of you typing and sending. This conversation will be picked up by a Crugo team member who can look to help in any way possible.
Do not hesitate to drop us messages in our live chat feature, we want to make sure that your account is running smoothly. Our office hours are 9am-5pm, however, we will be available on the platform outside of these hours.
Occasionally our team will sleep, so if we do not respond at 3 am, we will as soon as we wake up! 😉
